Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we take great care in packaging and quality control, if you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at musasbrf.store@gmail.com, including:
- Your full name and order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll review your request and do our best to make it right.
