Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before your package ships. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Carrier & Rates

All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Standard USPS shipping is currently available within the United States only.

International Shipping

Lost or Stolen Packages

Musas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered. If your package is missing, we recommend reaching out directly to USPS with your tracking number.
